MIX WELL & TURN OFF THE FLAME
MIX 2 TBSP CHOPPED CASHEW / ANY NUTS
POUR IN A BAKING PAPER
COOL DOWN COMPLETELY
BREAK & CRUSH THEM
2 TBSP CUSTARD POWDER
¼ CUP MILK
MIX WELL
½ LITER MILK (500ml)
COOK UNTIL BOIL
½ CUP SUGAR
COOK UNTIL BOIL
POUR THE CUSTARD MIXTURE
COOK FOR 1 MIN. MORE
POUR INTO A MOULD & COOL DOWN
KEEP IN FREEZER FOR 2 HOURS
BREAK HALF FREEZING ICE CREAM
POUR INTO A BLENDER
BLEND FOR 1 MIN. (10 SEC. PULSE)
THE MIXTURE WILL BECOME CREAMY
MIX THE BUTTERSCOTCH PRALINE
POUR INTO THE MOULD AGAIN
KEEP IN FREZZER FOR 6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
