Texas’ own Rangers Captain is here, and he’s rooting for the home ’s all of you. This sports-themed Home Work-In is here to help you get up and moving so you can win the day. You know the game plan by now – these home workouts were designed for everyone at every fitness level, so don’t feel like you have to be an all star. Follow along, or go at your own pace.

Warm up. Warm up. Warm up. It’s the first thing you have to do before any workout! Captain is going to help get your head in the game with arm circles, marching in place, and stretches. Alright, it’s game time. The first circuit will have you doing jumping jacks, side bends and more, while the second circuit is squats, and cardio. And since stretching is sooooooo important, we’re going to cool down by doing some.
